Heather Bailey

Hi, I’m Heather Bailey and I’m a North Carolina Certified Paralegal that you’ll be working with as we navigate through your journey of divorce. Most people that I work with are feeling anxious, nervous, shame, stress, fear, hopelessness, and a whole range of emotions. I’m here to help with that.

When we work together, my hope is that you’ll feel confident that you have a strong partner who is with you every step of the way. I understand what you are doing through because I have done it myself.

I have worked in the legal field for over 20 years and I love what I do. I love being able to help others work their way through what can be an exceedingly difficult time, making it as easy for them as possible. I try to understand the needs of each client because your needs are not necessarily the same as someone else’s. My primary focus is you and helping you achieve the best possible outcome for you and your family. I want you to feel and understand that.

I am proud to be raising a beautiful daughter, who loves playing sports. We have a Chihuahua and a Yorkie. I am a very social person and I enjoy going out to eat, going to the movies, bowling, swimming, and quick trips to the beach. I spend most of my free time with my family and friends, and growing my real estate business.
